Review: Rather than feeling annoyed or frustrated by the fact that, for most of the novel, I had little idea of where the story was taking me, I was instead intrigued and left wanting more. Ms. Morgenstern spins intricately woven chapters into a masterful piece of storytelling. I can’t quite describe the wash of enigmatic romanticism that this novel exudes nor would I wish to ruin others’ experiences by rendering any preconceived notions, so I will simply say: enchanting.
