Scrappy Little Nobody by Anna Kendrick
Anna Kendrick’s book of witty essays about how she’s weird is just delightful. Some celebrities seem aloof but it’s books like this that make some more relatable. It made me laugh and really want to be her friend. From stories about her childhood to working with George Clooney and performing at the Oscars, each one has her unique acerbic charm. Oh, and Anna, please invite me to your imaginary Thanksgiving party because it sounds amazing!
